The Seasonings Two-Piece Set is a handmade item from artisans at the Yaksun Foods Farm in Hwasun County. Each item has been given special attention and care as it goes through the process of production. 

Korean cooking has a distinct flavor in which these seasonings capture the taste of the sea. A little can be added to soup bases or to dishes which give it a subtle, complex flavor. The refreshing sea salt is mixed with Yaksun artisans' special blend of seasonings which also includes root vegetables such as leek, added with seaweed and shiitake mushrooms for an unami kick of flavor.

All of the ingredients originated in South Korea and no toxins, harmful chemicals nor anti-caking agents were used in its production. However, as a note, because the salt has been sourced from the sea, and the seasonings item contains shellfish and anchovies (also from the sea) this item cannot be categorized as "organic" in the traditional labeling sense.
